Shipping & Handling

Shipping and Handling: We aim to ship your order the same day or next business day (depending on stock availability). Your delivery time also depends on your location and your shipping preference. We will carefully inspect your product so it will arrive in excellent condition. Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable, so please double check your shipping address when confirming your order. Items returned as “undeliverable or refused” will be charged to your account. Please if you are unsure about ordering a product use the rule when in doubt, don’t.

For US Orders:

We offer a flat rate of $5 for Priority Shipping on US orders, which will be delivered in 5-10 business days. If you need your order faster, you can choose to have Rush Processing, Expedited Shipping, or a combination of both. The prices and shipping times can be found in the shipping table below:

Each order the shipping is a flat-fee of $5. See table below. Expedited shipping (2 Day Air or Next Day Air) is available to USA customers when ordering.


Orders can also ship your order with Expedited and Two Day shipping options via FedEx®.  Expedited orders will arrive within three business days of shipment.  Two Day orders will arrive within two business days of shipment.  Orders completed before 1:30pm Pacific Time will be shipped the same day.  Orders completed after 1:30pm Pacific Time will be shipped the next business day.  Please remember that FedEx® does not deliver on or consider Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays when calculating delivery times.  An Expedited order placed on Thursday after 1:30pm Pacific Time may not arrive until Wednesday (order processed the next business day and one to three business days in transit).  A Two Day order using the same scenario will arrive on Tuesday.   Your order may arrive early, but using these time frames will ensure that delivery disappointments are minimized.

Please be sure to double check your shipping address when confirming your order.  Items returned as "undeliverable" or "refused" will have return shipping fees deducted from refunds.  In most cases, return shipping fees will equal the original shipping fee.

You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Order Tax Information 
Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to addresses within the State of California.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, fees and duties which are not collected or estimated by Design With Vinyl.  Import taxes, fees and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Tax Information 

Items ordered from Design With Vinyl may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Design With Vinyl, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.



All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

* Overnight and 2nd Day orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 11:00 am PST. Orders received after 11:00 am PST will be processed on the next business day. Overnight and 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
